About this role
Accountabilities:: Architect end-to-end AI agent workflows that improve consumer-facing digital experiences and transform complex internal operations. Own the full product lifecycle, including discovery, research, strategy, requirements gathering, validation, design, technology delivery, launch, and evaluation. Translate complex business requirements and emerging AI capabilities into compelling product strategies, narratives, and measurable business outcomes. Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnerships teams to establish direction, iterate on solutions, and validate technical feasibility. Lead multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Design, and Technology in a fast-paced delivery environment. Serve as a trusted AI and product strategy advisor, providing subject matter expertise throughout client engagements. Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and logic while balancing organizational objectives with end-user needs and goals. Apply modern AI tools and approaches to identify opportunities for workflow transformation, product innovation, and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience working in a digital agency, consulting, or similarly client-focused environment. Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering large-scale, consumer-facing digital products across web, mobile, CMS, enterprise, or comparable platforms. Practical experience applying modern AI tools, agentic design principles, AI governance, and workflow transformation to real-world products and business challenges. Demonstrated ability to take AI concepts beyond experimentation or proof-of-concept stages into shipped, evaluated, and measurable experiences. Strong understanding of the differences between deterministic and probabilistic systems, including how to design products and workflows appropriately for each. Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of modern cloud and large language model ecosystems, including Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise Agents, Anthropic Claude, Claude Projects/Skills, OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot. Strong product strategy, systems thinking, and business analysis capabilities, with the ability to connect technical possibilities to user and business outcomes. Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders. Collaborative leadership skills and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams while remaining closely connected to delivery. A hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset with the ability to operate strategically while actively contributing to product and technical execution. Benefits Remote position within the United States. Competitive annual salary range of $170,000–$200,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, specialization, market conditions, and other applicable factors.
