Requirements: ● Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical environment● Experience working with an EHR/EMR system● Strong understanding of healthcare administration● Experience completing prior authorizations — this is an important requirement● Experience dealing with insurance claims, denials, and rejections● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills● Strong organisational and time-management skills● Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally● Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities● Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment Nice to Have: ● Experience working within a mental health or therapy practice● Previous experience with Eikonotes● Experience with RingCentral● Spanish-speaking ability would be a plus, but is not essential
