Job DescriptionTo ensure timeous and accurate processing of premium into TIA. Ensure electronic filing within TIA and the shared drives are up to date with all pertinent policy information. General administration, including renewal reports and claims reports, production reports at month end, assistance on credit control queries, and any other administration support, including schedules and wordings for the Sintelum Specialty Team.High level of attention to detailAccuracy and efficiencyCommunication skills (all levels internal and externally, written and verbal)Well spokenSelf-motivatedExcellent time management skillsAble to work under pressure especially around month endAbility to review underwriting documentation in order to process premiums into systemHigh level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet, On-line systems, TIA)Attend to survey requests and capture final risk requirements. Notify admin support of any changes / updates required.Negotiate and place reinsurance within SoP and mandates on relevant accounts. Including technical pricing and layering structures.Review reinsurance documentation to ensure policy alignment and adherence to compliance standards.Assist Business Development Managers with investigation and resolution of account queries.Underwriting Assistant, someone to assist the Underwriters with the admin side of the business i.e.To ensure timeous and accurate processing of premium into TIA.
