In-store activities :Calling on existing customers as per pre-determined route listCount Stock and assist Rep to determine stock to be orderedDetermined stock to be merchandised. Draw stock and unpack. Clean stock before packing onto shelfMerchandise trade sector according to trade sector layout (planogram)Optimize stock levels, monitor slow/fast sellers and take appropriate actionConsistent quality checks responds to poor quality or damaged stockEnsure stock rotationKeep areas/shelves clean, tidy and unclutteredIdentify opportunities to cross merchandise and implementManagement of out of stocksControl and Maintenance of POS material and Merchandising toolsErecting and maintaining of display as per SOPManage returnsAdministration requests- Time sheets and / any other request from management.Reporting on and monitoring of opposition activity to representative and Sales ManagerMaintain forward share and Team work to achieve regional budgetPrice Management:Assist representative with monitoring and communication of pricing in storesInvestigating identified discrepancies.Check PI labels and replace any outdated / missing ones with new store generated labels at each callPromotional Activity at Store Level:Assist in promotional activities.Supporting of promoters in store where necessaryTrade Responsible Care (TRC)Assist the representative in providing product and safety TrainingEnsuring that the TRC standards are strictly maintainedComply to all safety rules and safe-job practicesReport all accidents/incidents/injuries immediately to his/her supervisor, no matter how smallAttend and participate in safety EH&S meetingsReport all unsafe conditions to his/her SupervisorKeep his / her work area clean and neat (Maintain good housekeeping standards)New Store openings :Build relationship with Store Manager and personnel. Assist representative with layout of shelves as per approved planogram within SOP.Assist representative with TRC training including provision of tools required – i.e. bins, bags etc.Ad-hoc dutiesAny other responsibilities that Management may allocate to you
