Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Managing of national partner relationship, catalogue requirements and queries</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">You will have a good understanding of Mr D's integration practices and systems</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring that the productivity targets for onboarding of new partners are met as per internal service level agreements.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and escalate potential system and process improvements.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and escalate problem areas, trends and training opportunities to the appropriate stakeholder/s</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage your team’s through regular performance discussions and coaching.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Liaise with internal departments to solve partner queries and escalate partner-facing challenges to the relevant stakeholders</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assess any service failure and identify the root cause and take appropriate action to ensure similar failures are avoided</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Lead a team of 20 + and optimally manage all staffing needs, productivity, and quality</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage all Internal and external partner services complaints</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated to the team, managing and resolving people-related problems, including but not limited to resolving employees conflict of interest and absenteeism.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage and maintain a highly focused and motivated team</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Daily query management resolution</li> </ul> Attributes required: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Passionate about teamwork</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible and Accountable</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Leadership skills – display the qualities of a leader and set a good example</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective team member and leader</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Problem-solving skills</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical skills</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to prioritize workloads</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work independently but also be a team player across teams</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Must be computer literate in MS office packages</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Must be computer literate in G Suite packages</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Be project orientated</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Must be able to work overtime when required</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">An enthusiasm for food</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Willingness to support the greater Mr D team to achieve its aspirational goals</li> </ul> Qualifications & Experience: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">3+ years experience in a data-focused operational environment.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Matric</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">A relevant tertiary qualification</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">1+ year/s experience in supervising a team of 12 or more team members would be beneficial</li> </ul> Let’s talk about life @ Mr D <ul> <li>The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
