This will help us excel and provide a platform allowing people to work smart and not hard to stay ahead of the game. What you’ll doYou’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:Have knowledge of and able to:Design, build, test and deploy multidimensional cubes, rules and ETL processes; to name a few.Maintain existing TM1 ModelsDevelop user interfaces for capturing data; development of PAW reports and maintenancethereofPost deployment support and maintenance; along with creation of technical and ‘how to’documentationIntegration of new sources of data so that it can be included in relevant processes and pushed tothe necessary tool as determined by our clientsUser & Permission ManagementMonitor Server PerformanceUser TrainingContinually searching for new and useful ways to obtain, integrate and analyse data that is relevant to the company’s business modelFind ways to, on a continuous basis, improve processes within current systems. Taking a proactive, rather than reactive approachTroubleshooting and problem-solving of problematic and complex user queriesTranslating client requests into technical requirements - creating comprehensive project roadmaps and ensuring this is executed as effectively and efficiently as possibleBe involved in defining development best practices and applying them to the larger teamTeach and mentor colleagues and junior members within the team - upskill and invest time in their skill set and successSupport end users with the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1,PAX,PAW) systemThis list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.What you’ll bringYou’re someone who brings:Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideasA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goalsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ballExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality workAdaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environmentsAt least 3 or more years of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development experience in a Finance environment.Undergraduate degree (or substantial progress towards one) with majors in Information Systems/Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar. Alternatively, at least 3 years work experience in a business intelligence role will be considered.Considerable knowledge and experience with cube technology.Considerable knowledge and experience with dimensional modeling.Considerable knowledge and experience with PA, PAW and PAX.Considerable knowledge and experience with OLAP tools.Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, graphs, Get Data from different source).Conceptualizing new solutions based on business requirements.Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeveIt would be great if you also have some the following skills:In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trendsPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standardsExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategiesStrong understanding of the fundamentals of financial accountingSQL KnowledgeVBA KnowledgePython knowledgeCloud connectivity or computingExperience solving complex problems using data analysisWillingness to learn new software toolsOur values are non-negotiablesOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
