Develop and Support PreSales Proof of Concept (POC) opportunities for Check Point’s Hybrid Mesh product lineProvide sales engineers with best practices on how to approach and test major proof of conceptsSupport all major sales opportunities for data center and Next Generation Threat Prevention technologies.Work with Sales Architects, R&D and QA resources to validate customer designs and architecturesProvide onsite assistance for customers as requiredContribute to documentation of processes and procedures for customers and internal users.Provide knowledge sharing to sales and sales engineers on an ongoing basisCo-manage over 200 devices for Pre-Sales support. Must be organized and able to maintain a clean shared workspace.Setup and configure Check Point Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts with many varied topologies and technologies. 7+ years of experience working in the networking engineering or architecture in a customer facing role.Experience troubleshooting network related technologies: Layer 1 – 8Interpersonal and analytical skills.Strong communication, writing and documentation skills.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Willing to work flexible schedule on occasion (this is a hybrid role).Must be able to work independently and show leadership.Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time including international. Bonus SkillsCompetency in performance testing tools and testing methodologies (I.e. Spirent, Breaking Point, Ixia, Linux Performance testing and tuning)Check Point product including Check Point Virtual Firewalls, Scalable Platforms, Virtual Systems, Cloud Guard802.1q VLANs, Multicast, VRRP and/or similar clustering mechanisms, static routing, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SFP+, QSFP, QSFP-QDD, IGMP, BGP, DHCP, SMB, SNMP, VRF, OSPF, VPN, Metasploit, Cloud architecture, Reading and writing with python, bash, c++, java, javascript, any others is a plus.Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
