Think again!</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p> <p><strong>N6/ NCV in Business Management or Commerce</strong></p> <p>The skills we need:</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.</li> <li>Solutions-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude; self-motivated and driven.</li> <li>Adaptable and comfortable with learning and using new systems.</li> <li>Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new software packages.</li> <li>Willingness to learn new systems and expand knowledge in AI-related technologies</li> <li>Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative</li> <li>Creative Energy</li> <li>Hands on</li> <li>Have an opinion and voice it</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong problem solving skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting the division in all administrative functions linked to buying / order processing&nbsp;</li> <li>Supporting the Buyer with all buying processes and checks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Checking customer reviews, links and newsletters.</li> <li>Managing customer queries and escalating as necessary.</li> <li>Oversee day-to-day tasks such as managing stock levels, processing customer orders, handling stock classification, and addressing catalogue-related queries.</li> <li>Possesses verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to pick up the phone and engage directly with stakeholders.</li> <li>Be quick to react, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving.</li> <li>Co-ordinating and liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability and orders.</li> </ul> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td>This is an 18-month contract<br> <p><strong>High Level:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>At the Takealot Group, our<strong> </strong>Internship &nbsp;Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
