This role is specifically designed for candidates with previous Sports Trading experience who want to apply their market expertise to customer behaviour analysis, integrity investigations, market advantage detection, and sportsbook risk management.You will work at the intersection of Sports Trading, customer behaviour, integrity monitoring and operational risk, helping identify emerging betting patterns, coordinated activity and sportsbook vulnerabilities.This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional trading responsibilities while continuing to utilise your understanding of betting markets, odds compilation, market movement and customer betting behaviour. What you’ll bringYou’re someone who brings:Previous Sports Trading experience within an online sportsbookDirect experience in Sports Trading / Trading Analysis / Live Trading / Market Monitoring / Sportsbook Risk ManagementStrong understanding of sports betting markets and customer betting behaviourExperience monitoring betting activity and market movementsWillingness to work under 24/7 shift scheduleConfident decision‑making under pressureExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to high quality workStrong numerical and analytical thinkingPassion for sports and live betting marketsClear, confident communication (written and verbal), particularly in time‑critical situations and the ability to breakdown complex ideasA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross functional teams to hit shared goalsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ballAdaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast moving environment.Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeveIt would be great if you also have some of the following skills:Experience within sportsbook integrity, customer risk or behavioural analysisExperience identifying suspicious or coordinated betting activityUnderstanding of syndicate and bonus abuse behavioursExperience with sportsbook monitoring toolsSQL or data analysis experienceFamiliarity with Kibana, ElasticSearch or similar monitoring platformsKnowledge of regulatory and responsible gambling frameworksIn-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
